Chrome Rims On Fusion, Will They Fit On Altima?

My sister has some universal 18″ chrome rims in her garage and I want to possible put them on my 2003 2.5L Altima. She had them on her 2006 fusion. Will they fit on my Altima? Is there any important info I need to know before attempting this?
Also, she currently has low-pro tires on them. I was wondering if it’s possible to change them over to regular tires?
I’m sorry, I can’t remember the kind of rims they are. I understand if this makes answering difficult. Thanx!
